Automatic Clip Hanger Clip and Spring Assembling Machine with Peg Sponge Installing Function is used to install sponge pad on the plastic peg and assembling the clip on the pants hanger bar. The clips and sponge pads are automatically fed into the vibrate ordering feeding device. The suction cup robotic arm will catch the aligned sponge pads and install them into the clip slots using a pneumatic cylinder. The clip robotic arm clamp the clips with sponge pads and places them into the track slots in an alternating front-and-back sequence. The track transports the clips to the assembly area via linear vibration. The clip robotic arm clamp two sets of clips (one front-facing and one back-facing) and positions them into the mold fixture. The rotary table will rotate the clips to the hanger body station. The clip robotic arm picks up a clip hanger body and places it between the two sets of clips, The rotary table rotates again to move the assembly to the steel strip spring installation station. The steel strip spring are automatically aligned by two vibrating plates (left and right) and are then guided into the mold by a robotic arm. When the hanger body with double side clips arrives at the station, the steel strip spring insertion mechanisms on both sides press down to insert and secure the buckles into the clips. The hanger discharge robotic arm removes the finished trouser hanger (with clips and spring pieces) and slides it onto the discharge rod, where workers collect the finished products for packaging.
